SOHGO HOUSING has reached its 70th anniversary. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to everyone who has supported us over the years.

SOHGO HOUSING was founded in 1955,during the post-World War Ⅱ reconstruction period, to improve the living environment for workers, which was a critical national issue.
Since then, we have been committed to addressing various social issues in response to the demands of the times.

Shortly after our founding, we pioneered, as a private real estate company, the development of condominium housing, named "Musashi Kosugi Apartments." After that, through the creation of high-performance and high-quality residences, such as the "Dai-ichi Mansions" or the "FRENCIA", and office buildings, we have delivered "safety, security, and quality" to our customers.
